2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, or use our services. This includes:

Account Data: Email address, name, and user ID authentication credentials.
Health & Fitness Metrics: Daily calorie target, weight logs, height, gender, activity level, and macro goals.
Food Scanner Photos: Images of meals and food items you upload for nutritional and macro analysis.
Purchase History: Subscription status and transaction identifiers managed through Google Play and RevenueCat.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

Deliver our AI nutritional analysis, barcode scanning, and meal tracking services.
Manage user accounts, authenticate logins, and handle subscription access tiers.
Maintain app stability and diagnose crashes via Firebase Crashlytics.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data transmitted between the app and our backend is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols. User records and logs are securely hosted using Firebase and Google Cloud platform infrastructure with restricted access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate app operations:

Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database, crash analytics.
RevenueCat: In-app subscription lifecycle management.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You have the absolute right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time:

Delete Directly In-App: Open the Calogic AI app → go to Profile → scroll down and tap "Delete Account". Confirm your choice to immediately erase your account and local logs.
Request Deletion via Web / Email: If you uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at aicalogic@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete Account Request" from your registered email address.

What is Deleted: Upon receiving your deletion request or deleting in-app, all your user profile records, authentication credentials, daily food logs, weight entries, macro targets, and uploaded food images are permanently purged from our servers within 30 days. No health or personal data is retained.
