Calogic AI — Account & Data Deletion
We respect your privacy and provide simple, transparent methods to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Method 1: Delete Directly in the Mobile App (Instant)
- Open the Calogic AI app on your device.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm deletion. Your account, credentials, and data will be wiped immediately.
Method 2: Submit a Deletion Request by Email
If you uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your device, our team will process your request manually:
Send an email to aicalogic@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Delete Account Request
- Body: The email address associated with your Calogic AI account.

Types of Data Deleted
When your account is deleted:
- Account credentials: Email address, user ID, and profile name are removed.
- Health & Fitness records: Daily calorie counts, logged foods, macro budgets, and weight logs are permanently erased.
- Food scanner images: Any uploaded food images are permanently purged.
All data is permanently purged from our Firebase databases within 30 days of receiving your request. No user data is retained after deletion.
